Candidates with a bachelor's degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Instrumentation Technology or Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Process Instrumentation with minimum twenty-six years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp and Paper Technology or Cellulose Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Pulp and Paper Technology or Bachelor of Applied Science in the field of Pulp and Paper Science or Technology or master's degree in M.Sc in the field of Cellulose and Paper Technology or Pulp and Paper Technology with minimum twenty-three to twenty-six years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
